Returns & Exchanges
At The Tipsy Blowfish, we want your online shopping experience to go as smooth as possible; however, we know that sometimes things happen or expectations may not be met. With that said, below are our policies on returns and exchanges.
Items Eligible for Return
- All items must have the original tags, be in brand new condition, and unworn. If the item has stains, odors of any kind, appearance of being used or worn, it will not be accepted as a return, and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
- All shipped returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the date received and will be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Exchanging an Item
- If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please email us at info@thetipsyblowfish.com
- We will do our best to accommodate the exchange, as long as the item is still in stock.
Clearance & Sale Items
- All clearance and sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
Seasonal Items
- All seasonal items are final and cannot be refunded
Holiday Returns
- All orders placed on or between November 15 and December 25 will be eligible for return until January 15.
- Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15.
- All other returns policies still apply
Damaged During Shipping
- If you receive an item that was damaged during shipping, it must be reported to us prior to use or wear and tags must remain attached.
- All damage reports must be made within 3 days of the delivery date
- Please email us at info@thetipsyblowfish.com immediately and provide a picture of the damaged/defective area(s). Plese include your name, order number, and a brief description of the damage.
